Work that matters, and a team that supports YOU

Nixon Gwilt Law is the smarter choice for healthcare innovators. Our Firm works with Healthcare Provider Entities, Digital Health Businesses, Medical Device Businesses, International Innovators, Investors, Startups, and Growth Stage Businesses to improve patient access, care, and health outcomes.

As a female-founded and female-led firm with a commitment to social justice and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) that guides how we build our team and client base, we plan to leave the world a better place. We want to work with people who feel the same way.

If you’re looking for cutting edge work with innovative clients shaping the future of healthcare, then we might be a good fit.

Also good to know: this forward-focused work does not require 1800+ billable hours of your life every year. We believe life outside the firm makes us better lawyers.

What else do NGL employees enjoy?

  • Ongoing professional development for every team member;

  • Mentoring baked into the way we work;

  • Fully remote workforce (with a few in-person firm retreats a year);

  • Merit-based advancement rather than seniority-based;

  • Business development training and support to help build a practice;

  • Collaborative work style that puts junior attorneys on client teams from the start;

  • Working with the most cutting edge, innovative clients shaping the future of healthcare. (And getting to see firsthand the impact of these clients in the world!)

If that sounds like a work environment you’d enjoy, then check out our job listings to see how we might work together.
