Introducing William Reynolds, Esq., a seasoned corporate transactions attorney and Special Counsel for Nixon Gwilt Law. With a rich background in guiding corporations through the complexities of operations and transactions, Bill delivers strategic legal counsel that empowers your business to thrive.

Bill's expertise runs the gamut of corporate law, including all aspects of start-ups, private placements, venture capital investments, and loan transactions. He has deep experience handling mergers and acquisitions, business alliances, supply and distribution agreements, marketing and co-branding arrangements, and a host of other commercial arrangements.

His industry experience is also diverse, including technology and software to publishing, hospitality, food production, professional services, agri-chemical, steel, insurance, healthcare, and life sciences, Bill has worked in a wide array of sectors. Prior to establishing his own private practice, Bill worked as a corporate attorney at DLA Piper and Akin Gump.

Bill holds a B.S. in psychology from the University of Iowa, an M.A. and a Ph.D. in psychology from Harvard University, and a J.D. from the Harvard Law School. Bill has also served as adjunct faculty at Georgetown Business School and as a lecturer at Harvard University.

Bill is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, the State of New York, and the State of Tennessee.  As Special Counsel at Nixon Gwilt Law in collaboration with Blackthorn Law, he brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to his clients' success.
