Miller will be based in Nixon Law Group’s Richmond office

VIRGINIA, July 15, 2019/Nixon Law Group, PLLC – Nixon Law Group, a leading health law firm representing innovative healthcare providers and health technology companies, announced today that Thomas “Tommy” E. Miller, Esq. has joined the firm as Senior Counsel. Mr. Miller will be based in Nixon Law Group’s Richmond office and is licensed in Virginia and Maryland, with licensure in Washington, DC pending.

"He comes to the firm with a decade of corporate and regulatory experience serving healthcare innovators, providing guidance both as outside counsel and in-house as Senior Counsel and Legal Director. His extensive background in life sciences and FDA issues will be integral to our healthcare technology clients in particular.”

Tommy will provide legal/regulatory and operational guidance as outside counsel to Nixon Law Group’s healthcare provider and health tech clients. In addition, he plans to expand the Firm’s life sciences practice, serving pharmaceutical companies, biotech, and medical device clients.

Tommy Miller graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the Virginia State Bar, where he serves on the Board of Governors for the Health Law Section.
