VIRGINIA, March 5, 2018/Nixon Law Group, PLLC - Nixon Law Group, a Virginia-based boutique law firm representing clients in the healthcare industry exclusively, announced today that Kaitlyn O’Connor, Esq. has joined the firm as Counsel. Kaitlyn will be based in Nixon Law Group’s Richmond office, but will divide her time between Richmond and Williamsburg.

Kaitlyn’s areas of practice include medical cannabis law and policy, telehealth, fraud and abuse, healthcare corporate transactions, and HIPAA privacy/security. She provides legal, regulatory, and business guidance to healthcare providers across the spectrum of care, as well as early stage companies and vendors serving the healthcare industry.
Kaitlyn O’Connor graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University prior to attending William & Mary Law School, where she served as a member of the Business Law Review. She is a member of the Virginia Bar Association and the Metro Richmond Women’s Bar Association.
