Seth Stark has focused his practice of nearly twenty-five years in real estate and transactional law, working with start-ups and small- to mid-sized companies. He represents a variety of business entities, including medical professionals, real estate developers, and lending institutions throughout the Washington Metropolitan area.
Seth also has over ten years’ experience in elections law. He recently served as General Counsel to the Democratic Party of Virginia, and is currently one of three members of the Fairfax County Electoral Board.
